Original Summary
A few weeks ago we launched Construct. Nearly every good thing that came out of it came through people we already knew, not cold outreach. So after the launch I was up at 2am scrolling through follower lists, trying to work out who knew whom and who could introduce us to the builders and investors we wanted to reach. That's what NepoNet does now: https://nepotism.network You type in anyone you want to reach on X. It finds the warmest chains between you and them ("they follow A, A follows B, B follows you"), ranks them by how strong each link is, explains why each one is warm, and drafts the first message. It never sends anything for you. How it decides what's warm: - Each hop is scored by how likely that person is to actually pass an intro along. Mutual follows score well. People who follow 5,000 accounts (they miss requests) or have a million followers (they rarely broker intros) score badly. - Some people follow almost nobody, so there's no route through their follows. For them it uses who they've replied to and reposted. - It crawls while it searches, and reads next whichever follower lists are most likely to turn up a warmer route. One free search, no sign-up. Drop a handle in the comments and I'll tell you how warm your route is.
