I’ve been building a small pay-as-you-go AI workspace. The original idea was simple: use different AI models from one account instead of paying for multiple subscriptions. After the first few days I had: 354 landing page visitors 9 signups 3 users who actually started chatting 0 paying users That made me realize the bigger problem wasn’t pricing yet — people weren’t getting enough value immediately after signing up. So yesterday I added AI image generation with two options: $0.02/image and $0.06/image, using the same account balance as chat. Now I’m testing whether image generation actually improves activation or whether I’m just adding features nobody asked for 😅 If you were a new user, what would make you actually try this after signing up?
