I keep seeing bookkeepers re-key vendor PDFs at month end. Enterprise capture tools are priced like enterprise. Chat tools fall over on bulk uploads. I am considering a tiny product: zip of PDFs in, approve/reject grid, CSV out for QBO or Xero. No write-back. No “AI accountant.” Questions I cannot answer from my own two clients: Is this a $49/mo tool people already have via Hubdoc/Dext, just badly? Would a firm pay per client book, or do they expect this inside QBO for free? Has anyone shipped this and died on support from bad scans? I do not have a landing page.
