It's been 1 month since I launched my saas, it's an ai outbound cold email tool, I kept a very generous free plan that literally no reliable cold email software provide it allows upto 2000/emails per month with 3 email inboxes cap, The main steps required to run campaigns is simple: • Connect inboxes • Setup campaigns: sequences, upload lead list, configure settings. • And launch. I thought I would keep this and users will come from free and some of them will convert to paid plans, but the issue is this they come 90% of them never even connect their inbox or create camping and go, and if some do they send few emails and they are gone, I have added a lot of demo videos and emails followups now (hope it helps).
