With Claude Code, anyone can now build the service they want, right? Looking at the communities, people really are trying a huge number of new things. If anyone, not just developers, can build these services on their own, where will real competitive advantage come from? Personally, I don't think it will be that different from before. Even in the past, development wasn't much of a problem for people with resources. Market analysis, picking the right idea, and marketing mattered more. Development capability was just the baseline for success. What changes is the input into the business ecosystem. Many people who couldn't build a service before, because they lacked dev skills, a team, or funding, will now give it a try, so far more new services will appear. And many of them will grow into real entrepreneurs by actually executing. In the end, I think AI will replace the people doing easy tasks, and small teams made up of high-level people who can each manage an entire function will dominate. Honestly, doing everything alone (development, marketing, operations) is still hard, even in the AI era. Instead, I think teams of a few skilled people, each able to own an area like development or marketing and good at working with AI, will eat up the market. So what matters is having experience and insight in your own field and business. The other important thing is people skills.
