We lost some customers this year because they built something in-house, but I believe that for SaaS as an industry will live for a long time yet. Based on my observations, most teams need 1/ a tool that works 99.9% of time, not 95% 2/ a tool that constantly adapt to the changes 3/ a tool that is recognizable by employees and customers Vibe coding is okay for solopreneur or some one-time tasks you do yourself, but once a company grows, you need solutions that helps to reduce risks, easy to scale and help you to build trust in eye of your own customers.
