Original Summary

Text neck from phone browsing is something I deal with, so I built BrowseWell: a browser that uses motion-capable AirPods' head-tracking to notice when you're slouched past a range you define, and reminds you — starting gentle (a notification), escalating if you ignore it (blocks the page, or a spoken reminder). Fully on-device, no data collection. Not claiming it's a medical fix — it's explicitly a habit-reminder tool, not a diagnosis/treatment device. Mainly want to know: does this kind of reminder actually help build the habit, or does it get annoying? What would make it more useful for people who think about posture a lot more than I do? https://apps.apple.com/la/app/browsewell/id6809626503 submitted by /u/InterestNo8044 [link] [comments]
