I built Cobra Claro to turn estimated hours, an hourly rate, revisions, and contingency into a fixed-price quote, a short proposal, and follow-up messages. It currently saves drafts locally in the browser. I'm testing whether freelancers with an actual client brief would pay for help turning that into a finished proposal. The pilot is US$29 once: one tailored quote, scope and exclusions, two follow-ups, and one correction. Target delivery is 30 minutes after we confirm availability, the complete brief, and payment.
