For the last 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to get 10 founders to test my startup. I got 3. I’ve had this problem before. I could build the product. But getting people to care was the hard part. So I thought the answer was better plans or more leads. But that still didn’t tell me why something failed. Wrong people / Wrong message / Wrong offer / Wrong channel?
