Every AI product seems to be adding a “Connect Gmail” button. I want the functionality, but giving an AI access to my entire inbox feels risky and unnecessary. If I ask an AI to track my invoices, it doesn’t need access to: bank emails OTPs personal conversations medical emails every email I’ve received for the last 10 years So I made a concept called AllowEmail . The idea is simple: Connect Gmail once → create multiple scoped mailboxes → give each AI access only to the mailbox it needs. For example: Claude → invoices only Travel agent → flights + hotels only Expense agent → receipts only Each one gets a separate MCP/API key and can’t see anything else.
