I moved last year and had a folder of PDFs I never opened again until I needed one thing from my renter's insurance policy during a claim. Took me 40 minutes of ctrl-F through a scanned document to find it. That annoyed me enough to start building Goffer: you upload leases, insurance policies, bills, IDs, warranties, whatever life-admin paperwork you're sitting on, and it parses them, pulls out the dates that matter into reminders (renewal deadlines, expirations), and lets you ask plain questions about your own documents and get an answer with a citation back to the actual page.
