Hey r/SideProject ! Solo dev from Brazil here. I just launched publickz , a web app for creators who record long content (podcasts, livestreams, classes) and never have time to cut it. How it works Upload your own video (or import one you're authorized to use) It transcribes the audio, and an LLM proposes candidate clips Every clip gets a 0-100 retention score you can inspect . The AI grades the hook, whether it makes sense without context, the payoff, emotion and fit with the mood you asked for. The rest is measured without AI: time to first word, words per second, dead air, clean ending and audio peaks It renders 9:16 with word-by-word captions and suggests hook, caption and hashtags It flags words the transcription wasn't sure about, so you only proofread those Nothing is posted automatically: you review, download and post Stack: FastAPI, SQLite, ffmpeg, faster-whisper, an LLM for analysis, and an isolated workspace per customer.
