Been genuinely trying to hire someone competent that can deliver&#x2F;manage HA solutions on-prem based on open source software, for more than 6 months now but with little success.<p>Someone that knows Proxmox, nginx, haproxy, zfs, mysql&#x2F;mariadb clusters, Cisco (vPC ), all the required components to run an app locally and provide HA.<p>I know all these myself but I need to offload some of the tasks.<p>Is this too much or too old of a stack ? Has everyone really moved over to the cloud ?<p>(Note: offered salary 135k, in Canada, remote).
