I'm the developer of SplashDuo, a small native macOS app that just launched on the Mac App Store. The idea is playful: as you move your MacBook lid, your actual desktop changes perspective, shading or frosted-glass intensity. There are three looks: Clear, Dusk and Crystal, with adjustable start/end angles and effect strength. The technical part is a live screen effect rendered with Metal.
