My side business has grown to the point where I need to either hire someone or cut back the business. The trouble with hiring someone is that I run the business out of my house. I've built a great shop in my basement and it's truly the ideal setup for now. I'm not ready to leave my full time job, so I'd need someone I can trust to work in my home while I'm at work. I've tried to hire friends and/or family, but that has come with it's own challenges and ultimately I've tried every viable solution in that regard.
