The resume upload is often followed by another form asking for the same work history, education, and contact details. Then there are the longer questions where you know what to say but have to write it out again. I built QuicklyApply to cut down that repeat work. You save an applicant profile from your resume or notes, then use the Chrome extension on the application page. It fills from your information and brings back questions that need your input. A short reply or rough notes can become a fuller answer for you to review. It uses AI to interpret the form and draft answers. You still check the application and submit it yourself. It won't get every form right, so I'm particularly interested in where people still end up doing the same work twice.
