A short SaaS demo usually shows the cleanest possible workflow. The data is ready, the integration works and the user follows the expected path. Buyers often discover the difficult parts only after implementation. If you had just 30 minutes with a provider, what would you ask them to demonstrate live? For example: What happens when data is incomplete How exceptions are handled Where human intervention is required What the integration actually involves How results will be measured What remains manual after implementation I’m helping organie an online CX technology event built around focused live demos, and I want the Q&A to cover the questions buyers genuinely need answered. Disclosure: I’m part of the organising team. submitted by /u/rodrigop20 [link] [comments]
