I kept noticing that I'd start a form on my phone, see nine fields, and close the tab. Not because the questions were hard, but because the form looked like work before I'd read any of it. So I built BubbleForms. It asks one question at a time and looks like a message thread. You tap a suggested answer or type your own, and you can tap your own bubble to go back and change it. The bit I'm most pleased with is invisible: every answer is written to the database the moment it's given, not on submit. If someone quits at question four you keep four answers, and the results page tells you which question ended it. Most builders throw that away, which always seemed backwards to me since the people who abandon your form are the ones you most want to hear from. Stack is Next.js 16, C
