Cinequill is the first SaaS I’m running myself, not for a client, and I’m stuck in a place I don’t know from consulting. cinequill.com is story development software for screenwriters. Beat sheets and narrative methods (Save the Cat, Field, Hero’s Journey, etc.). Not a Final Draft clone in the browser and not an “AI that writes your script.” (Even there’s AI) About 6 months of constantly building. I’ve tracked the funnel hard (GA4, Clarity, Search Console): signup, project, templates, export and checkout. I can see what happens but I can’t yet turn it into consistent conversion.
