I’ve been building Flawze . It lets freelancers/agencies create projects with milestones and share a live, read-only progress link with clients. No client account or login needed. The goal is to reduce the constant, “Hey, just checking in. How’s the project going?” messages.", It’s still in public beta and I just published it, but I genuinely have no idea how to get people to notice or try it. I’m not looking for generic advice like SEO, Reddit, or cold outreach. I want to know how you actually make a product like this stand out and get the right person to think, “I need this.” Also, “start local” isn’t really an option for me because I live somewhere that isn’t a good fit for this target market. Honestly, I’m pretty lost and starting to think about giving up and moving on to another idea. I can build the product, but getting people to care about it feels like a completely different skill.
