Original Summary
I ran a static linter over ~100 public n8n workflows (MIT/Apache repos, capped at 5 per repo so one big collection doesn't dominate): almost none set an Error Workflow, and most HTTP nodes have no error output — so when a provider breaks, the workflow just stops, and nobody is told. I built a small 4-node fragment that checks provider status before the pipeline runs and HOLDs (Telegram, with the reason) if OpenAI/Anthropic had a critical incident since the last execution: https://legion-api.com/legion-guard.json — free, no key. Curious how others handle this — Error Workflows, external monitoring, or just hope for the best? submitted by /u/Training-Money-1374 [link] [comments]
