Hey r/SideProject , I’m building 5xer, a tool for getting incoming work to the right available person. A bit of background: I started the matching library somewhere like February 2022 or something after leaving a company with over 120 operational workers doing eight-hour shifts, 24/7, mostly doing manual document checks. I wanted to take what I’d learned from that environment and bake it into a library other people could use. The problem sounds simple: a task comes in, someone needs to handle it. But add different skills, languages, priorities, and people who already have too much on their plate, and “just assign it to someone” becomes a whole system.
