Original Summary

I have been building this quite a sometime now. It went public on Google Play this week and the build on the store right now is 0.8.0. It is called Vridho , it is for Indian investors, and one decision shaped every other decision in it: it never holds your broker login. Every app that offers to show you all your money in one place wants a demat password, a bank login, or your PAN and an OTP so it can pull your fund folios. I was not willing to hand any of that to a stranger's server, and I did not want to build the thing that one day empties somebody's account. So there is no broker login in Vridho and no write access anywhere in it. Not a setting, not a permission sitting behind a flag. The code to place an order or move money was never written. You give it statements you already receive and entries you type, and it computes from those. What is in it on the phone today: - One net worth figure across Indian stocks, US stocks, mutual funds and SIPs, NPS, PPF, EPF, sovereign gold bonds, fixed deposits, physical gold recorded by weight and purity, and crypto lots. - Statement import . Drop in the detailed CAMS or KFintech statement and it reconciles folio by folio against your own ledger, then reports every disagreement instead of overwriting what you had. The password and the file contents are never logged. - Bulk upload for equity holdings and for fixed deposits, from a CSV or an Excel file, with a preview you read before a single row is saved. - A Tax Centre that computes from figures you type in the session and keeps none of them, and a realised gains ledger by financial year on Analytics. - One chart model with 7 ranges, on Explore and on every holding, drawn on our own data layer, so the prices behind the line are ours to explain. - Fund Intelligence gives every fund one score against the funds in its own category, with the basis printed under it rather than a star rating you have to take on faith. - Rebalance shows how far your mix has moved from the one you set, and what a switch would cost you in exit load and tax. - Breakout Radar lists the stocks whose price and volume have come out of their range in the daily scan, and shows the scan behind each name. - Market news with a sentiment mark, the composition donut, the full FII and DII table with 7 and 30 day windows, and the market holidays sheet. - Portfolio history that you save and clear yourself. Goals, and a household where everyone's holdings sit side by side and each person picks how much of their own the others can see. - A Guide inside the app . Each screen carries a short card at its foot that opens the questions and answers for that screen, and there is a hub holding all of them: 635 answers across 40 screens. - Sign in with Google, or an email address and a password.
