Built and launched a SaaS for AI meeting minutes, would appreciate feedback from other SaaS builders

Original Summary
Disclosure up front: I built and own this. It's called Clerune, a SaaS that turns meeting transcripts and recordings into summaries, decisions, action items, minutes, tasks, and documents. Stack: React/TypeScript, Node/Express, PostgreSQL, Deepgram for transcription, Anthropic for the AI layer. There's a free plan: https://www.clerune.com What I'd actually like input on, from people who've done this before: how do you think about scope for a tool like this? Right now it spans summary, decisions, action items, minutes, and documents. That's either the whole value proposition or a sign I haven't picked a lane. Curious how other SaaS builders here have made that call for their own products. (Not looking to relitigate pricing or growth tactics here, just positioning and scope feedback.) submitted by /u/SadBiscuit406 [link] [comments]
