Original Summary
I’m 20 and building my first B2B SaaS/service called HatchLeads. The idea is to help apartment communities recover leads they may lose from missed calls, slow replies, and missed follow-ups. I haven’t gotten my first customer yet. Right now I’m working on: Finding good apartment leads Testing my offer Learning how to get my first customer Trying to stop overbuilding before I make sales For founders who already got their first few B2B customers: What should I focus on first to get customer #1? Should I mainly do: Cold email? LinkedIn DMs? Cold calls? Content? Reddit/community outreach? Partnerships? Something else? What actually worked for you when you had no customers and no proof yet? Also, what did you waste time on that you wish you avoided? I’m trying to learn from people who already went through this. submitted by /u/Jonathanopkays [link] [comments]
