I was getting impatient reading everyone else's SaaS success stories, so I decided to stop reading and build something. An agency owner in construction recruiting told me he wanted a permit scraper. So I build it. Then got ghosted. The idea is to collect signals like permits, projects, bids, hiring activity, etc. and surface companies worth targeting before the opportunity becomes obvious.
