Original Summary

Built an AI content pipeline a few months back, mostly nights and weekends on top of my actual job. Keyword in, researched blog draft out, grounded in live search results instead of AI guesswork. Went through three rebuilds to get it stable. First version barely held together. Second taught me the fix wasn't a better prompt, it was better structure around the prompt. Third one actually stuck, it's live and writing real content now. Today I packaged the whole thing into a template repo and handed it off to some more experienced engineers on the team to take further. Strange mix of proud and slightly precious about it, like watching someone else drive a car you built from parts. The thing that surprised me most through this wasn't the technical part, it was that documenting the build publicly (mistakes and all) brought in more genuine interest than the finished tool itself did. People trust a messy process way more than a polished pitch. Still very much a live project, just not solely mine to operate day to day anymore.
