I'm Mark, co-founder of Caloroga Media. There are two of us and we run a podcast network of 35+ active shows. Been on Reddit about 15 years, mostly in motorcycle subs, first time posting about anything I've built. Making an episode meant a script in one tab, voices in another, music somewhere else, footage somewhere else again, then editing, then artwork, then publishing. Six tabs and a lot of dragging files around. Doing that once is annoying. Doing it 35 times a week is a job nobody should have. So we built Linnet. It's a browser-based workstation where you write, voice, score, cut and publish an episode in one place. Closest description I've got is Pro Tools met Final Cut and had an AI baby. Two things that might be worth your time: We're openly against AI slop. We've been loud about that in the industry for a while, which is a slightly awkward position for a company shipping an AI tool. The distinction we care about: AI should do the repetitive work, humans should make the decisions. Every asset in Linnet is either generated or properly licensed. There's no way to drag in someone else's footage and hope nobody notices, which is how a lot of the automated stuff on YouTube works. It's in beta and it will break. We're letting people in a few at a time because we actually want to talk to each of them. What early testers flag is what gets built next. Early access signup is on the same page, though I'll be straight with you: we're inviting people in batches starting in about two weeks, so it's not instant.
