Original Summary
Hey everyone, I'm a software engineer who recently completed a B2B SaaS MVP. Up until now, my entire career has been focused on building, so transitioning to distribution feels like stepping into a completely foreign world. I don't have an existing audience on Twitter/LinkedIn, and I have zero marketing budget. For those of you who started as technical solo founders: What was the exact sequence of actions you took to get your first 10 users? Did cold outreach (DMs/emails) actually work, or was content/community engagement more effective? Looking back, what is one mistake I should avoid in these early stages? I'd really appreciate your honest stories and lessons learned. Thanks! submitted by /u/SSF_allen [link] [comments]
