Original Summary
Last time I asked how you chose a niche for your micro-SaaS. After thinking about it more, I think what I'm missing is a way to check an idea, so I keep jumping from one to another. This time I want to check demand first and only then write code. My plan: 1)Look for problems people complain about again and again, preferably in an area I already know. 2)Talk to people who could use the product before I write any code. 3)Make a simple landing page and see if people leave an email or even pay in advance. Questions for those who have already done this: 1)How did you validate your idea before building? What told you it was worth it? 2)How many conversations or signups did you get before you felt sure? 3)Does a landing page with an email form still work as a test, or do people just ignore them now? I would be grateful for your answers! submitted by /u/Acrobatic_Tomato_832 [link] [comments]
