After working on my side project for almost two years, we’ve had a pretty good run this past week. I sent it to 4 creators in exchange for an honest review (not sponsored) and 3 already came back to us with positive feedback and some videos. We launched our Kickstarter campaign a few days before and it was funded in 15 minutes, sitting at 800%+ after a few days. It took a lot to get here, being a solo founder I was challenged by many different aspects of building a product / company. I didn’t do a perfect job, but it was enough to get us started. PuriFi provides cybersecurity protection, privacy, ad blocking and a way to manage your network and devices for anyone that just wants something that’s plug and play and affordable without having to worry about maintaining it. Our first production run will be based on the RPI5 so that we can deliver as cheap and fast as possible until our fully integrated device is ready in Q1 2027. It’s been an awesome ride with ups and downs. It gets very hard sometimes but all you can do is keep pushing and power through it and it will be worth it in the end.
