Hey everyone, I have a genuine question for those of you who have already passed the MVP stage and have a running SaaS. Did your early users know they were using a v1 , and that the software would likely have bugs or be far from its ideal/optimized form? My biggest mental block right now is this: I honestly can't imagine people paying for a software knowing that it will probably be buggy or that it's far from perfect. I'd love to understand how you handled this initial phase, whether you focus on B2C or B2B. By the way, I imagine that in B2B this pressure and intolerance for failures must be much worse, since it messes with their internal operations, but I want to hear the reality from both sides.
