Original Summary
I’ve been doing organic content for a new app I launched, and one of the videos started getting a lot of traction. In the first 3 days so far: 335 new users 70 started the 7-day trial 40 are set to renew 30 are set to cancel The app currently requires users to start the trial before they can access it. I’m wondering if I should keep it that way or let people access part of the app without starting a trial. Would you: A) Keep the 7-day trial requirement B) Let users browse/use some features for free, then require the trial for the main features C) Give limited free access and use the trial as the upgrade point And for the 30 people set to cancel, would you try to win them back with an email/message, extend their trial, ask why they cancelled, or just leave them alone? I’m still very early, so I’m trying to figure out what I should optimize first: getting more users from organic content, improving activation, or changing the trial/access model. submitted by /u/raoufmeirghani [link] [comments]
