Original Summary

I finished building my product, Proofy, a tool that collects customer testimonials automatically. 30 days later, I have zero customers. I made some wrong moves: - I spent most of my time building, not selling - My landing page tried to talk to everyone - I showed features that weren't ready yet Today I learned one simple thing: you can't build an empire in one day. It takes time, and I need to give it that time. So I'm starting fresh. This time: - I'm focusing on daily progress, not results - One customer type at a time, starting with SaaS founders - 15 real conversations every day - Only showing what works today - Sharing honest numbers as I go No link, not selling anything here. I just want to learn from people who've been where I am. If you went from 0 customers to your first 10, what was the one thing that actually worked? submitted by /u/Short_Television_660 [link] [comments]
