hey everyone! i'm back with another update for CutOut, my free and open-source background remover that runs completely offline. since v0.1.1, i've been working on adding more editing features instead of just having a simple background remover. here's what's new in v2.0.0: Backgrounds Gradient backgrounds with customizable colors Blurred backgrounds using your original photo Color eyedropper Editing Color defringe and edge adjustments Sticker outlines Brightness, contrast, and saturation Flip, rotate, and auto-crop Custom output sizes Other features Saved export presets Before/after comparison slider Touch-up brush with undo/redo Copy to clipboard and drag-and-drop export Custom ONNX model importing Live previews and batch export support CutOut still runs entirely on your computer. no accounts, subscriptions, image uploads, or resolution limits. it's available for Windows, Linux x86_64, and macOS Apple Silicon. a few things to mention: CutOut requires an AVX2-compatible CPU, and the macOS/Linux builds haven't been tested as much as Windows. some newer features might still have bugs. i'm still working on improving it, so feedback and bug reports would really help!
