Original Summary

Here’s the stack I used to put it together: Next.js + React → the website. TypeScript → keeping the code in shape. Remotion → the live animated scenes and their timelines. Three.js + React Three Fiber → the 3D road in the Ruwaida section. ElevenLabs → my cloned voice and speech timings. XState+ Zustand→ the character’s behavior, playback and settings. Vercel → hosting the whole experience. React Three Fiber and Zustand come from the Poimandres ecosystem. XState comes from Stately . The mini-me itself is custom 2D artwork, with poses, expressions and talking mouth shapes, all drawn through one shared renderer. I wanted the whole thing to feel like someone was introducing me and showing you the thinking behind my work. Big shout-out to the people building these tools.
