I always liked the idea of a "guessr"-type game for diagnosing a patient, so I built one. The interface looks like an actual patient chart. You start with only the chief complaint, then take a history, examine the patient, and order whatever you want: labs, imaging, procedures, even studies that aren't indicated. But everything costs points. Each patient starts at 5,000, and your score slowly dwindles with every question and test. When you're ready, name the diagnosis. Get it right and you keep the points you have left. Everyone gets the same 5 patients each day, so you can compare scores on the leaderboard. There are also badges as you play. All question are evidenced based and at the internal medicine residency level. You can play as a guest without signing up.
