Original Summary

To test my open-source AI delivery system, NoMoreHappyPath, I had it build a commercial real estate app called PropDesk end-to-end. I didn't write a single line of the app's code; the harness did it all. PropDesk is a private project that turned out to be very interesting for some investors. You enter an address or a parcel ID, and it pulls county, state, and federal data for the Austin area (Travis, Williamson, and other counties) into one report: flood zones, traffic counts, utilities, competition, aerial history, and much more. NoMoreHappyPath is a delivery system for building commercial software with AI agents. I described what I wanted, we agreed on a plan, and it built, tested, and deployed the entire app to the cloud.
