Original Summary
Every Claude Code session starts without remembering the last one, so I built Mnemoloci, a personal second brain for it: https://github.com/siris9476/mnemoloci A folder of Markdown files (it opens in Obsidian) is the source of truth. Claude Code reads your projects and notes and writes wiki pages from them, and each claim cites the file and line range it came from. A deterministic Python engine does the hashing, locking and atomic writes, so a crash doesn't leave half-written pages. Anything from outside (web pages, PDFs, YouTube transcripts) goes through a review queue first. Decisions, lessons and handoffs are injected at the start of a session, within a character budget. Your past Claude Code sessions and ChatGPT/claude.ai exports become searchable. It installs as a Claude Code plugin; the README has the steps. I've used it on Windows, and the desktop app hasn't been tried on Linux. The browser extension and phone access are optional and still in progress. Built with Claude as a coding assistant, with me directing and reviewing. MIT licensed. I'd like to know what's confusing in the install, and whether the session-start memory helps or gets in the way. submitted by /u/Dependent_Ideal9870 [link] [comments]
