Original Summary
I'm building an educational SaaS that could potentially serve customers worldwide, and I'm trying to make the right decision before launch. I'm based outside Europe and plan to use Paddle for payments. So far, I've been considering focusing on the US and Australia first, but I'm not sure whether that's the smartest approach. Would you make the product available worldwide from day one and focus your marketing on a few selected countries, or deliberately limit the initial launch to specific markets? If you've launched a SaaS internationally, I'd love to hear what you actually did, what worked, and what you'd do differently today. Which countries would you choose in my position, and why? submitted by /u/ahm_bd99 [link] [comments]
