Original Summary
After every launch I end up refreshing Reddit and X for days, pasting threads into ChatGPT to ask what people think. It either tells me it can't see live posts or confidently invents a vibe. So I built Weir. It plugs live Reddit and X data into your agent over MCP or a REST API, and works in Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. The video is the whole idea in 23 seconds. The part that surprised me was the price gap. Reading 100K X posts through X's official API costs $500 now. Through Weir it's about $18, and failed calls are free. Here's the prompt I run the morning after shipping. Steal it: Search Reddit and X for every mention of [product] from the last 48 hours. Sort what people say into praise, complaints, feature requests and confusion, and quote the actual posts with links. Flag anyone asking for something we already have, and anyone comparing us to a competitor. Finish with the three changes that would fix the most complaints. A check like that fits easily inside the free tier, which is 5,000 credits a month. How are you all keeping track of what people say after you launch? submitted by /u/BornBad5948 [link] [comments]
