Built an IPL 2027 prediction platform I wanted to explore how far historical data and machine learning could go in predicting IPL outcomes, so I built a project that combines season-by-season backtesting, Elo ratings, Monte Carlo simulations, and batting forecasts. It also has an interactive web app where you can tweak team strengths and player form to run your own simulations. One interesting finding: the models don't significantly outperform a coin flip at predicting match outcomes. That was worth learning, too.
