Hi all! I’ve wanted to make a music game for over 10 years. Last year I finally started. Ultimidi runs in your browser. You can play with touch, your PC keyboard, or a real MIDI keyboard. MIDI keyboards connect automatically. The hardest parts were the sound and the sheet music. It took weeks to make the piano sound good, especially when you play many keys at once. Drawing the notes on the staff correctly and smoothly took many iterations too. It’s almost ready for launch. I’d love your feedback: Does the piano sound good on your device?
