Original Summary
I'm building an AI product for companies. I sent my first two proposals, around R$4,500 a month (about $800). The first one was a travel agency with 20 people. The team told me they spend 2 to 3 hours on each material plus 1 hour reviewing. The pain was clear. The owner said no and decided to hire a junior full time. The second one was another agency. They said it was too expensive and wanted a one time project. A few weeks later they told me they were doing it themselves with Claude. So my real competitor is not other software, it's a junior or Claude. How do you price against "I'll just hire someone"? Compare with the salary, charge per user, or something else? submitted by /u/plxs05092026 [link] [comments]
