Original Summary

Some property owners want to monetize their properties but don't want to deal with guests, cleaning, maintenance and everything else that comes with short term rentals. At the same time, there are people who want to run an Airbnb business but don't own a property. That's why I built Rentivio . Owners list their properties with their minimum monthly price, and operators can find opportunities and negotiate directly with them. Just launched, completely free for now, and still improving it almost daily. Would love to hear what you think. submitted by /u/panagos_stathis [link] [comments]
