I just got my first paying customer on a side project ($20/mo). It came from a search page I wrote, not from launch day, which tells me launch posts aren't the thing to repeat. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get from 1 to 10 and beyond. For people who've been past this point: what actually moved the needle after the first few paying users?
