Original Summary

Hey everyone, I'm a full-stack dev from Venezuela. I spent the last few weeks building a custom B2B SaaS/CRM for a roofing client in Miami (includes AI satellite roof measurement, automated contract generation, and permit tracking). Right when we were supposed to sign the final agreement, he completely ghosted and filed a PayPal refund on the initial deposit. That chargeback honestly left me in a brutal financial spot for this week. Since I own 100% of the code and have a working prototype (happy to share the demo video), what's my best move right now to recoup some cash immediately? Should I license the source code/boilerplate to a few agencies, or try to find a technical/sales partner in the US who already has roofing leads? Open to any advice or DMs if anyone wants to take a look at what I built. submitted by /u/Then-Wash-7187 [link] [comments]
