Original Summary
I kept running into the same problem with recurring meetings across time zones: the same people always get stuck with the awful early or late slot. So I made a small Outlook add-in that rotates the meeting time instead. It’s still a beta, and I’m mostly trying to figure out whether this is actually useful or if I’m missing obvious edge cases. Here’s the link: https://tzplanner-outlookaddin.mjfnet.com/ If you deal with this at work, I’d be curious how your team handles it—especially daylight-saving changes, working hours, and situations where rotating the time just wouldn’t work. submitted by /u/mjfusa [link] [comments]
