Original Summary
A few years ago the slow part was shipping. Now a working v1 can come together in a weekend, and the slow part seems to have moved somewhere else. For me it's been a few things: Getting anyone to try it who isn't a friend Figuring out whether silence means "not interested" or "didn't see it" Deciding what to cut when adding features costs almost nothing When building was expensive, the cost forced focus. Now there's nothing stopping the product from sprawling. And I believe having a very good judgement becomes very important now. Curious how it looks from your side. submitted by /u/Sam_Likes_Tech [link] [comments]
