Original Summary

Hey everyone, I'm XatoDev, the sole developer of RangeLab, a complete self-hosted poker study suite that I've been building on my own for the last 5 years. I've reached the point where I can no longer develop and maintain it by myself. The project has grown far beyond what one person can reasonably handle. For now, the project will remain private. I'll upload it to GitHub soon as a private repository and will only accept new members who are genuinely interested in collaborating and working on the system. What is RangeLab? RangeLab is a full web application (Python/Flask + modern frontend) that you run on your own server or local machine. Everything stays private — your hand histories, bankroll data, notes, and statistics never leave your machine. It currently includes these interconnected tools: · Equity Lab — Hand vs. hand, hand vs. range, and multiway equity calculations (Monte Carlo). · Preflop Lab — Preflop range study and decision training (6-max / 8-max). · Range Lab — Advanced range analyzer with heatmaps and leak detection. · Hand Lab — Import, replay, review, and analyze hand histories. Notes, favorites, statistics. · Bankroll / Tracker — Session tracking, deposits/withdrawals, ROI, and bankroll evolution. · MTT Exploiter — Tournament pool analysis, opponent profiling, and suggested exploits. · Tournament Lab — Tournament calculator (including ICM). · AI Table / FeltLab — Practice table against AI opponents that can be calibrated with your own Hand Lab statistics. Hands can be sent directly to Hand Lab for review. Extra features: · Fully responsive (works great on mobile) · Installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA) · Offline support once loaded · Multi-user system with roles and per-user tool permissions · Docker support + simple Python deployment · Internationalization (i18n) · Admin panel, backups, etc. It's designed to be a real "poker study operating system" rather than a collection of disconnected tools. Looking for collaborators If you're a poker player who also codes, a developer interested in poker software, or someone who wants to help improve a serious self-hosted study environment, feel free to reach out. I'm especially interested in people who can help with: · Frontend / UX improvements · Performance and code quality · New features or tool expansions · Documentation and testing · General maintenance The repository will be private at first, and access will only be given to people who show real interest in contributing.
